In order to calculate how many GB you will need each month you need to know your recording bitrate (quality), the number of expected viewers and how long you're planning to stream. This works for both live and on demand, but you will need to know how many views you expect.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No, in fact all you need is an email address. You can even sign up with one click using your Google, LinkedIn or Windows account to make things easier for you.

What happens after my trial?

Hopefully, within the 30 day period we've had a chance to chat to you about your streaming project. If not, and you haven't upgraded to a paid plan, your account will be closed.

How much storage is included?

Storage is included in your paid plan and is virtually unlimited. We have a soft cap in place to protect us from abuse, but if you were to hit it, just reach out to us and we can help.

Do I need to choose a plan now?

No, every account starts off as a free trial. We encourage you to test it out, ask questions & chat to us about your streaming project before choosing the right plan.

What is bandwidth, what do I get?

Bandwidth is a measure of how much data has been used broadcasting your video. As an example, 100GB would provide over 300 viewing hours at 750kbps.

What level of support do I get?
