What are Clients?
Each Client is a separate area under your account with it's own assets, campaigns and channels using the same GB allowance, benefiting from lower price points.
How many Users/Clients are included?
Based on customer feedback our Starter Plan gets just 1 User and 1 Client; Business Plans include 2 Users and 2 Clients; and Enterprise Plans come with 5 Users and 5 Clients.
What are Plugins?
Plugins are optional software add-ons that open up new features or enhance the capabilities of your account. These sometimes include integrations with third-party apps.
What different levels of User are available?
As the Owner of an account you can create additional users with varying levels of account permissions including Viewers, Producers and additional Admin users.
Can I have additional Users/Clients?
Yes. As every project and business is different any level of account can add additional Users or Clients for an just £5/month, tailoring their plan to their unique requirements.
Do you take requests for Plugins?
We're continuously developing our own and looking for new partners for plugins and integrations. If you have a suggestion or request, we'd love to hear it.
