We like to try and take storage out of the equation, offering as much as you need. Therefore each plan comes with a soft cap on storage, if you hit it just let us know.

What is "transcoding"?

Transcoding is the process whereby when you upload your video files they are automatically converted into the most supported mp4 format using H.264 and AAC codecs.

What is "compression"?

When you upload your video files their size is automatically reduced by up to 80%. This means you use less bandwidth when streaming and deliver better quality video.

What format do my videos need to be?

We support the majority of all known video file types. If your videos are in a file format not supported just let us know and in most cases we can offer a solution straight away.

Is there a size limit for my video files?

You can upload any single video file in any format up to 10GB. If your video is larger than this, let us know and we'll be able to offer an alternative solution.

Can you help me upload my videos?
