What type of camera do I need?

The most popular protocol for IP cameras is RTSP, we recommend a camera or webcam that outputs this way. Other protocols are available, so we suggest you check with us.

Can I test a Live Channel?

Yes. You & other stakeholders can test your Live Channel setup using our Webpages features prior to adding it to your website. You can even do this during your free trial.

How many Live Channels can I have?

There is no limit to how many Live Channels you can run concurrently. Nor is there a cap on how many viewers you can have accessing any one channel.
